Fiduciary Liability
Administration of employee benefit plans is the primary responsiblity of the plan trustees. We provide defense and indemnity plans to help protect administrators against claims that allege breach of fiduciary duty or claims against administrative errors. United Administrative Services, our subsidiary, is an authorised Third Party Adminstrator, so we understand the importance of protecting both employees and their trustees.
Union Liability
You are legally obligated to pay claims resulting from a wrongful act, wrongful offense, or wrongful emplyment practices. This insurance profides defense and indemnity protection to pay those claims
Individual Labor Leader Protection

As a labor leader, you are responsible for defending yourself from allegations of breach of duty, personal profit, fraud, or conflict of interest. Under the Landrum-Griffin Act, a union cannot pay for the defense of officials facing such allegations. This type of coverage relieves union officers of liability for certain breaches of duty and ensures their personal assets are protected.

Labor Leader Protection is offered as an Endorsement attached to the Union Liability policy.

Directors and Officers Liability
Coverage for Non-Profits which will include any past, present or future Executive, Employee, the estates, heirs, legal representatives or assigns in the event of their death, incapacity or bankruptcy. Executive means any natural persons who are directors, trustees, officers, managing members, advisory board members or committee members or any equivalent position of the Organization. This coverage protects you the individual and your personal assets. The policy will defend you in a lawsuit. Coverage for privately owned company may be available.
Employment Practices Liability
While the employee may not prevail, you can spend tens of thousands of dollars to defend against allegations arising out of an Insured Employment Event. Coverage for damages and claim expenses protects you from liability for infractions such as Termination, Demotion, Failure to Hire, Failure to Promote, Wrongful Evaluation, Wrongful Discipline and more.
